A Ventura County Sheriff’s Deputy responding to a call of a man with a gun in Fillmore shot, and wounded a 33 year old man.
It happened just after 5 p.m., on the 700 block of Blaine Avenue.
The deputy was unhurt.
There’s no word yet on the condition of the wounded man, or the exact circumstances leading up to the shooting.
