Three people are dead, following a pair of what police believe are related shootings in Oxnard.
Officers were called to an apartment complex on the 200 block of Hull Place at around 4:30 Wednesday afternoon, by reports of a shooting.
They found the bodies of two women, who had been shot to death.
Then, about a half hour later police were called to the 200 block of South Marquita Street, in Oxnard, by another report of a shooting. They found the body of a man who was shot to death in what they think may have been a self inflicted gunshot wound.
Police aren’t saying what they think occurred, but don’t believe there is a risk to the community from a gunman at this point.
