Police are looking for a serial flasher in Ventura County.
Oxnard police say there have been multiple incidents involving the same man.
The most recent case occurred around 7:30 Wednesday night, when a man exposed himself to a passing woman near J, and Santa Clara Streets.
Investigators say they are concerned because man has also targeted children on the way to school in the area.
He’s described as a Hispanic male in his 20’s, standing about 5’8”, with dark hair, brown eyes, and a scar over his right eyebrow.
He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and black shoes.
