It took dozens of Ventura County firefighters to control, and put out a massive fire in a pallet storage facility.
Firefighters were called to the Camarillo are by reports of a structure fire at around 2:30 this morning. They found pallets on fire at a storage facility at Santa Clara Avenue, and Central Avenue.
Strong wind pushed the fire through hundreds of pallets, and also destroyed two pickup trucks, some semi trailers, and other equipment before it was fully controlled.
It took 50 firefighters nearly two hours to knock down the blaze. The cause is still under investigation.
