He’s traveled the globe for decades, exploring societies where people have been living the same lifestyles for thousands of years.
Pulitzer Prize winning author Jared Diamond says while we may be advanced in many ways, there are also things to be learned from what he calls traditional societies.
Diamond has written a new book about the subject, and is speaking at two different universities in the region this month, including UC Santa Barbara tomorrow.
