A Conejo Valley man is facing criminal charges, after Ventura County Sheriff’s Detectives say he was operating a marijuana growing, and sales operation out of his home.
Investigators say they received a tip that Joshua Tockerman was selling marijuana out of a home on the 3400 block of Calle Quebracho.
They say after gathering some evidence, they obtained a search warrant. The detectives say the 34 year old Thousand Oaks man had three pounds of marijuana, some of which was packaged for sale, as well as a small, but elaborate indoor growing operation.
Tockerman was arrested for cultivation of marijuana, and possession of marijuana for sale.
