Fire investigators are trying to determine the cause of a New Year’s Eve fire in Oxnard which damaged three apartments, and left about 16 people temporarily homeless.
The fire occured about 7 p.m. Monday in a complex on the 4700 block of Cloyne Drive. Firefighters quickly knocked down the blaze, but it still caused more than $320,000 in damage.
One person suffered was treated for smoke inhalation, but no one was seriously injured.
