This next story comes with a warning: If you have a young child with you, you may not want them to hear it, because it has to do with Santa.
Six years ago, a few kids accidentally dialing the wrong number as they looked for Santa found themselves talking to a man in Santa Barbara, instead of the North Pole.
Rather than telling the kids they made a mistake, this man embraced it, creating a free, all volunteer hotline giving tens of thousands of kids a year the chance to talk to Santa and his crew.
