Ten people were hurt, with two seriously injured in a four vehicle traffic accident in Santa Barbara County.
It happened just before Tuesday morning, on Highway 246 at Tularosa Road, between Buellton and Lompoc. The cause of the accident is under investigation, but there was heavy fog in the area at the time.
