One person is dead, following the crash of what appeared to have been a motorized paraglider in Ventura County.
It happened just after 2 this afternoon, near Powell Road, in the Piru area.
Some farmworkers witnessed the crash, and called 911 for help.
However, the pilot, who was a man in who appeared to be in his 20’s, was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the man hasn’t been released yet.
