Ventura County authorities are investigating the discovery of human body parts in an Oxnard trash bin.
Someone noticed what appeared to be parts in a dumpster near the intersection of 4th, and D Streets just after 9:30 this morning.
Oxnard Police say they don’t know how the parts go there, or who they belonged to, but are investigating. The dumpster was in an alley just a short distance from a school, and the main Oxnard Police station.
