At least 18 vehicles have been vandalized in an overnight crime wave on Santa Barbara’s Westside.
Santa Barbara Police say vandals hit vehicles parked on Western Avenue, San Andres Street, and West Micheltorena Street early Sunday morning. The attackers slashed the tires on vehicles, in some cases destroying multiple tires on the same vehicles. Some of the vehicles were parked on streets, but police say the brash vandals even damaged some vehicles parked in driveways.
No arrests have been made. Police are looking for potential witnesses.
