A Westlake Village Company which has been creating, and installing wi-fi systems on jetliners is changing hands.
Global Eagle Acquisition Corporation bought the company called Row 44 in a $430 million deal. The new owner plans to combine operations with another company, Advanced Inflight Alliance AG, which has deals with a number of airlines to supply in-flight content, like movies and games. The deal was put together by Harry Sloan, the former head of MGM, and Jeff Sagansky, a former executive with CBS.
