Authorities haved identifed the body of a young man found Friday morning on a Santa Barbara County beach.
The body of David Propp was discovered just before 9 a.m. near the 6500 block of Del Play Road, in Isla Vista.
Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s say the 21 year old man had injuries consistent with a fall from the cliff above where the body was found, but an autopsy is pending.
