Authorities say a developmentally disabled Simi Valley man who disappeared Thursday evening is safe.
Michael Harris was last seen around 5 p.m. yesterday, walking along Tapo Canyon Road, near Avenida Simi. The 55 year old man was found early this morning, and returned to his home.
