There’s a lot of development, but also a lot of open space in eastern Ventura County, and western Los Angeles County.
A study is underway to see if some of the space can be used as part of a new national park.
After two years of work, some preliminary findings, and alternative concepts have been developed, and will be presented to the public in a series of community meetings starting this week.
