Tomorrow’s election of course is going to settle the big debate over who will spend the next four years as our president, a number of congressional, and state races, as well as ballot propositions.
Locally, though, voters in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties will also be deciding a number of measures looking at issues from school funding, to bed taxes.
