Federal Officials Say They Are Set To Investigate Any Charges Of Election Fraud, Or Voting Rights Abuses In Ventura, Santa Barbara Counties

The U-S Attorney’s Office which serves Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties says it’s geared up to handle any complaints of election fraud, or voting rights abuses related to next Tuesday’s general election.

Assistant United States Attorney Dennis Mitchell is serving as the District’s Election Officer.

His office in Los Angeles will handle any complaints coming from a seven county area, from Orange County to San Luis Obispo County.

Federal officials says people who should not hesitate to report any possible violations of voting right laws. The FBI Field Office in Los Angeles will also have special agents on duty to handle any allegations of election fraud.
