Two devices consisting of chemicals in plastic bottles were exploded on the front lawns of homes in the city. One blast happened just before 8 a.m. Wednesday, on the 600 block of Hermosa Drive, and the second occurred the same day, at around 1:20 in the afternoon on the 1200 block of Deodar Avenue.
