An eight year old Ventura County boy who has been blind from birth was frustrated he couldn’t find things in supermarkets where his family shopped.
But, Joshua Goldenberg did something about it. Now, thanks to the efforts of the Simi Valley boy, his parents, and a supermarket chain, there are supermarkets in Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties with Braille signage, and the effort is growing.
KCLU’s Lance Orozco has the story, from Thousand Oaks.
