Santa Barbara County prosecutors say a man pled guilty to embezzling parts, money, and more than a dozen bicycles from a local bike shop over a three year period.
They say Nicholas Paul Rouhas was employed by Bicycle Bob’s, in Santa Barbara. In addition to stealing money, and parts, the prosecutors say he took bikes, and sold them over E-bay, with a total loss to the business of more than $40,000.
Rouhas was sentenced to seven months in jail, plus placed on probation, and ordered to pay restitution.
