Two men are facing charges after Oxnard Police conducted a sting operation focused on the improper operation of gold buying businesses.
Undercover agents say they arrested Francisco Lopez for operating a business without the proper license. Gonzalo Fernandez-Alvarez was citing to failing to report a transaction. Both Oxnard men operated gold buying businesses in Centerpoint Mall.
