A man from Ventura County is trying to use holistic medical treatments to ease the pain of some people halfway around the world.
He’s started a non-profit organization which employs acupuncture to help people face the pain of major problems, like cancer and AIDS.
The grass roots organization has helped hundreds of people during its three year history, and is growing.
KCLU’s Lance Orozco caught up with the project’s founder during one of his periodic fundraising trips to America to support the efforts in South Africa.
