Man Accused Of Using Tiny Camera Mounted On Shoe To Shoot Under Women’s Skirts In Oxnard

A man police say was wearing a shoe with a tiny video camera on it was arrested after he used it to record under the dress of a woman at an Oxnard clothing store.

Police were called to the store on the 200 block of West Esplanade drive around four p.m. yesterday.
A woman says she noticed the shoes of a man standing next to her at the store, and realized he had a tiny shoe mounted camera aimed up her skirt.

She notified authorities, and using the store’s surveillance camera, they were able to identify, and arrest the suspect.
Police identify his as 34 year old Jibri Liu Kinte Burnett.

Investigators are looking for more possible victims. He’s being charged with invasion of privacy.
