A series of new, large scale paintings with a historic flavor is the focus of a major new exhibition opening on the South Coast this weekend.
“Emblemata” is the name of the show at the Carnegie Art Museum, in Oxnard. It features more than two dozen workers by California Lutheran University Arts Professor Michael Pearce.
