Prosecutors have filed murder, attempted murder, and other charges against a Santa Barbara County man accused of killing his father, and seriously wounded his mother.
Investigators say Brian Keith Reid shot to death his 73 year old father, William Reid, and seriously wounded his 66 year old mother, Pamela Reid, in a shooting on Labor Day in Orcutt Community Park.
Prosecutors aren’t saying why they think the 40 year old Orcutt man attacked his parents.
