A Ventura County Sheriff’s Department deputy was shaken, but unhurt following a traffic accident while on an emergency call.
The deputy was responding to a disturbance call around 8:30 Saturday night in Camarillo. The patrol car’s lights and siren were on, but as it entered the intersection of Las Posas Road, and Arneill Drive, it hit a vehicle making a turn. The patrol car flipped onto its roof.
No one was hurt in the accident. The crash is under investigation.
