Police Charge Santa Barbara Neighbors With Drug Dealing

Posted on Monday, September 3, 2012 4:29pm

Some neighbors will share a cup of sugar, but Santa Barbara Police say some residents had teamed up to run a drug dealing operation.

Detectives say they found a heroin dealing operation at two homes on Cook Avenue in the city.

Investigators say Regina Marie Trujillo acquired the heroin. They say her neighbor, Maria Imelda Robles, would take orders for the drugs, and then actually complete the sales. Both women were arrested on multiple drug dealing related charges.
