Authorities are looking for a Ventura County man who has been reported missing.
Harold Rakowiecki of Oxnard is believed to have disappeared yesterday afternoon, and authorities say there is concern about his safety. The 60 year old man is a white male adult, who stands about six feet tall, weighs about 190 pounds, and has brown hair, and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a skull on one of his forearms.
