A Santa Barbara County man has an incredible story, one he almost didn’t live to tell.
Larry Bishop became stranded hundreds of feet above the ground for more than two days on a sheer rock face in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
Just as he was running out of strength, a rescuer raced up the steep rock without mountain gear to save Bishop from falling.
