A man found with more than a million dollars worth of phony U.S. Postal Service money orders in Ventura County has been sentenced to four years in prison.

Grant Lind was arrested last February in Simi Valley for passing a forged check. Simi Valley Police searched the motorhome where he lived, and say they found thousands of documents related to fraud schemes, as well as a thousand forged Postal Service money orders. Investigator seized more than 20 computers, a number of counterfeit drivers licenses, as well as child pornography.

The 50 year old man was convicted of 14 felony counts, and in addition to the four years in state prison, he will have to register as a sex offender.
