Ventura Police are trying to figure out who shot at a newspaper delivery man early this morning, hitting his vehicle.
It happened at around 4:30 this morning, on the 200 block of West Ramona Street. The delivery man told officers he was dropping off newspapers in the neighborhood when a young man flashed a gang sign, and started shooting. Neither he, nor the two passengers in the vehicle were injured as they fled the scene. The vehicle was hit in the bumper.
