Progress Reported In Efforts To Control Growing Threat To Local And State Citrus Crops

There’s both new hope, and new concern in California about efforts to control a potentially destructive insect which can carry a incurable bacteria which can kill citrus trees.

It’s a big issue for farmers across the state, as well as for growers behind the South Coast’s $200 million dollar plus citrus industry.
