A regional effort to ban single use plastic bags in stores on the South Coast got a big boost today.
KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports Ventura County Supervisors agreed to be a part of a effort with other cities in the region, and Santa Barbara County to fund an environmental impact report for bag ban ordinances.
