An undercover operation targeting massage parlors in Simi Valley has resulted in four arrests on prostitution charges.
Undercover officers investigated four businesses which they say implied they offered sexual acts in internet advertising. Detectives say they will continue to investigate the businesses, and could also go after people who go to the parlors seeking illicit activities.
