Eight Arrested For Repeated Vandalism Of Railroad Cars In Ventura County

Eight men are facing vandalism charges, following a string of incidents involving railroad cars in Ventura County.

Authorities say the vandals were tagging the rail cars in Port Hueneme.

In an investigation involving Port Hueneme Police, and other agencies, investigators recovered cell phones with evidence of the tagging, as well as hundreds of cans of spray paint.

The eight were arrested Tuesday, following a surveillance operation.
