She’s a singer, and songwriter who’s a household name in her native Scandinavia, and performs all over Europe, and the United States.
But, while she doesn’t take the stage here often, Solvei actually lives in Ventura County. Her music leans towards jazz, and world music, but her compositions also include forms like trance.
KCLU’s Lance Orozco talks with the musician, who’s set to perform some of her Latin jazz tinged compositions in Carpinteria Saturday night.
