Ventura Police are investigating a pair of weekend school break-ins, which included vandalism, and the theft of a computer.
Investigators say between sometime Friday afternoon, and Saturday morning someone broke into Will Robers School, which is on the 300 block of Howard Street. The burglars smashed out a classroom windw, and then ransacked the room, and stole a laptop computer.
Then, sometime during the day Saturday, someone broke into Our Lady of Assumption School, on the 3100 block of Telegraph Road in Ventura. Police say they got in through a window, discharging a fire extinguisher, and dumping water on computers, phones, and photocopiers before leaving the campus.
