A Santa Barbara County based fast food giant that became a privately owned company less than two years ago is once again going public.
Carpinteria based CKE Restaurants says it’s filed paperwork to do a $100 million dollar public stock offering. CKE is owned by Apollo Management. CKE is the parent of the Carl’s Junior, and Hardee’s fast food chains.
CKE had nearly $1.3 billion dollars in revenue last year.
