The Ventura Music Festival kicks off its nine day run tomorrow, with everything from classical, and opera music to jazz.
One of the headliner acts is a Latin jazz group with roots in Cuba,
but influences ranging from Michael Jackson to the rock group KISS.
Tiempo Libre has been nominated for three Grammy awards, and has performed everywhere from “The Tonight Show” to the Hollywood Bowl.
KCLU’s Lance Orozco talks with the group’s leader, pianist Jorge Gomez.
