A Santa Barbara County actor was one of about 100 people arrested today in a Washington, D.C. protest over the latest proposals to cut Medicaid.
Actor Noah Wylie was one of the people who refused orders to disperse during a protest in the rotunda of the Canon House Office Building.
The demonstration against Congress was orchestrated by the group ADAPT.
Protesters say the cuts would force elderly, and disabled people out of their homes, and into nursing homes.
The Santa Ynez Valley resident is best known for his role in the hit TV series “E.R”, and currently stars in the cable series “Falling Skies”.
