Modern technology is giving teens new ways to learn, and communicate. But, it’s also taking the age old problem of bullying, and moving it online.
A nationally known expert on cyberbullying was on the South Coast yesterday, to conduct a workshop for hundreds of educators, and law enforcement officers on how to better cope with the issue.
