Santa Barbara County leaders are upset that they are getting stuck with a huge ongoing prescription medicine bill for a county jail inmate with a life threatening disease. KCLU’s Lance Orozco reports County Supervisors approved a deal which will save some money, but it could still cost more than a half million dollars a year.
