A just released report outlines water pollution issues at a toxic waste dump in Ventura County, saying there are problems, but that the water supply used by the community appears to be safe. The new Environmental Protection Agency Report is the fifth in a series of studies looking at the soil, sediment, and water surrounding the former Halaco metal recycling facility in Oxnard.
