A popular Santa Barbara County canyon in the mountains above Montecito which was ripe for development has been preserved forever. The Land Trust For Santa Barbara County closed escrow this week on the more than 400 acres of property in a $7.6 million dollar deal to buy Hot Springs Canyon.
