A project to upgrade a railroad crossing in Oxnard could mean some big traffic tieups on a normally busy Oxnard road this weekend.
Gonzales Road will be closed east of Oxnard Boulevard from 6 a.m. tomorrow, to 6 a.m. Sunday for the construction project. Detours will be set up to route traffic around the closure, but there could still be major backups.
