Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Deputies are looking for a man who shoved, and knocked down an 89 year old woman in her home, in a home invasion robbery attempt.
It happened just after 9 a.m. Thursday, on Lassen Drive in Santa Barbara. The woman went to answer her doorbell, and when she opened her front door, the man pushed her backwards into her living rom, and forced her to the floor. He then went into another room, giving her a chance to activate her Lifeline Medical Alert button, which made a loud audible alert sound, and scared the intruder away.
The woman was shaken, but unhurt.
