A Ventura County man man is facing charges after investigators say they seized four pounds of heroin from his vehicle, and his home.
The Ventura County Combined Agencies Team arrested Jose Luis Heredia of Oxnard for possession of heroin. Detectives using a K-9 say they found a half pound of heroin in the 46 year old man’s vehicle, and after getting a search warrant, seized another three and a half pounds from his home.
The multi-agency task force says the street value of the heroin is just over $130,000.
