The Wall Street Journal has named an economist from a Ventura County University as one of the most accurate in the nation.
Cal State Channel Islands professor Sung Won Sohn was ranked third in the country for his accuracy in predicting 2011’s economic indicators.
Sohn has been ranked in the top five twice before by the Journal, including a first place finish in 2006.
He’s Director of Cal State Channel Island’s Institute for Global Economic Research, and has been a part of the University’s faculty since 2008.
