The Carpinteria City Council censured Council Member Joe Armendariz last night (2/13), as a result of his DUI arrest in December. KCLU’s John Palminteri reports the council actions set the stage for a potential recall, although it’s unclear as to whether the community will take it that far with his term set to end this year.
